Attendance devices sync twice as fast
Punches from ZKTeco and Hikvision readers now land within a minute, and a device that drops off the network tells you instead of going quiet.

Overview
v5.1
A reader that stopped syncing used to be discovered at the end of the month, by the person reconciling attendance. It now raises an alert the same hour.
Improvements
4- Sync interval halved, so punches appear within a minute
- Device offline alerts, sent to the attendance administrator
- Duplicate punches from a double-tap are collapsed
- The sync log names the device rather than its IP address
Fixes
6- Clock drift on one ZKTeco model shifted punches by several minutes
- Punches made at exactly midnight were assigned to the wrong day
- The device list paged incorrectly past 20 devices
- The sync log showed timestamps in the server timezone
- A retry storm after a network outage could flood the queue
- Renaming a device left the old name on historic punches
