Our Story

In 2018, Shankar Ojha saw a problem that nobody was solving.

Across Southeast Asia and India, companies were growing rapidly—opening new branches, hiring hundreds, expanding across borders. But their HR systems couldn't keep up. Multinational software was expensive and rigid. Local solutions were too basic for scale. Most companies still relied on spreadsheets, notebooks, and WhatsApp messages to manage their people.
